History
Since its first season, Twilight at Taronga has built a rich musical history. Tom Burlinson introduced his much-loved Frank – A Life in Song at Twilight in 1998, while subsequent programmes welcomed Australian icons Jimmy Barnes, Paul Kelly, Missy Higgins and Kasey Chambers alongside international artists Rufus Wainwright, and Belle and Sebastian.
In recent years, performances by John Butler, DMA’S, Xavier Rudd, Ball Park Music and Boy & Bear have brought generations of music lovers together, welcoming younger fans alongside longstanding Twilight audiences.
The introduction of Lil’ Twilight in 2023 gave the youngest music lovers shows of their own.
