New Wildlife Hospital
A new, specialist Wildlife Veterinary Teaching Hospital is currently under construction at Taronga Zoo Sydney and is set to open in late 2026, replacing the existing Wildlife Hospital which is no longer fit for purpose. The new Wildlife Hospital will increase capacity to treat injured wildlife and provide training to thousands of veterinary professionals and wildlife carers.
