R&B/pop icon, actress, musician, and role model, Jessica Mauboy is one of Australia’s most celebrated and versatile artists and in 2027 we warmly welcome this multiple ARIA Award-winning powerhouse to the Twilight at Taronga stage.
Since first capturing the nation’s heart in 2006, Mauboy has remained a dominant creative force across music, television, and film for nearly two decades, crafting a signature sound that blends R&B, pop, funk, soul and hip hop, with dance.
In June 2026, Mauboy released her digital EP ‘Live at Mighty Hoopla Sydney’ featuring some of her biggest career-defining hits recorded live in front of a euphoric festival crowd. With fan favourites “Running Back”, “Inescapable”, “Saturday Night” and “Pop A Bottle”, the EP delivers the unmistakable joy, powerhouse vocals and dancefloor energy that have made Mauboy one of Australia’s most enduring live performers.
The EP was released on Mauboy’s own label Jamally (in partnership with Distro Direct) following the “While I Got Time” single release co-written with PJ Harding. “While I Got Time” featured in Seven’s Home and Away farewell campaign and signalled the beginning of Mauboy’s next era: fearless, personal, and entirely her own.
‘Live at Mighty Hoopla Sydney’ followed Mauboy’s fifth studio album ‘Yours Forever’, which was supported by a national tour, with the breakout single “Give You Love” (feat. Jason Derulo) achieving ARIA Gold accreditation.
Mauboy is the first Indigenous Australian solo artist to debut at No. 1 on the ARIA Album Chart and has amassed six Top 10 albums, 16 Top 20 singles, 21 Platinum accreditations, and nine Gold accreditations.
